Zlatko Nedelko is a full professor of management and organization at the University of Maribor, Faculty of Economics and Business, Slovenia. His main research interests are management, business ethics, social responsibility, working values, Generation Z, and digitalization. He was a visiting researcher at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, Austria (2012), and Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, Vilnius, Lithuania (2014). He was a visiting professor at Vilnius Kolegija, Vilnius, Lithuania (2024), at Obuda University, Budapest, Hungary (2019). He is a visiting professor and researcher at Corvinus University Budapest as a senior research fellow. His bibliography includes more than 50 original scientific papers, 85 conference contributions, 5 monographs, 1 management textbook, and 38 chapters in edited books. He has published his articles in peer-reviewed scholarly journals, including but not limited to the Journal of Business Ethics; Journal of Business Research; Review of Managerial Science; Journal for East European Management Studies; International Journal of Physical Distribution & Logistics Management; Journal of Business Economics and Management, Transformations in Business and Economics, and Engineering Economics. He co-authored books with Routledge, Pearson, Palgrave Macmillan, and IGI Global. He led 10+ projects funded by the Slovene Human Resource Development and Scholarship fund. He also led numerous projects aimed at scientific cooperation between Slovenia and the United States of America, Germany, Russia, Hungary, Serbia, Croatia, Norway, Finland, Lithuania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro, funded by the Slovenian Research Agency. Currently, he is the leader of the Slovenian part of the Interreg Danube project “Danube4SEecosystem”. He also participated in other projects, like Fostering Entrepreneurship in Higher Education – Fosenthe (EC Tempus), and Interreg project Slovenia – Austria entitled Smart Production. He is a member of the program group – Entrepreneurship for Innovative Society (P5-0023).
